I am creating a down counter circuit in workbench using jk ff,I have made the circuit I was not convince with the result because the counter starts at 3 then down to 0,then vice versa.. please help me on what to do ,I want to start the counter from 9 down to 0...

Set initial states on paper and work out how the logic responds to each clock pulse. A bit time-consuming, but you get to see how the logic works.
