I have a PCB with a PIC 12, but my colleague lost the source code !! is this possible to extract the inside program ?

You can extract the hex (but not the source code) providing the program was not protected when the pic was programmed.

Hi Albert and thanks for your prompt reply, if I can extract the .hex can can I re-programing other PIC ? sorry I am not a digital expert.

Do you can confirm me that the IC is a PIC ?

Need to remove the Pic from the board first.
Most likely read-protected. Otherwise you can just use the code to PGM another.
It is a Picmicro product.
