You should be able to sub this easily, it is a Triac 400v (DRM), 4A RMS with a TO-202 case style.
Look up Digikey etc or your usual semi supplier.

 

wow, your a great help. I did find them on digikey but $12 shipping, ebay had the same thing for $3 shipping.
