Hi,
Does anyone know of a cheap(ish) uk source of pushwheel switches?

I need both BCD and decimal coding. I've looked at mouser / digikey and they want £8+ and when I need 10 decimal and 10 BCD, this soon mounts up. Ebay and Amazon have a few on sale, usually one output coding or the other, so when you ask them for side mountings or whether they also stock the output coding they haven't got listed, you draw a blank as they are only resellers and don't undertand what you're asking.

I cannot believe how much these things cost...

Does anyone know of a source of these?

I assume you mean Thumb-Wheel switches as they are known here?

Amazon has cheap BCD ones. Maybe binary too if you search.

Not particuarly - 10 of each coding to start with and perhaps another 10.
