Does anyone know about the transistor (?) found in a power RF board?

Hi,
Its long letters and numbers confusing me. I do not know which one is the real part number, so getting trouble to get its datasheet around internet. Actually I even do not know it's 'transistor' or not. If anyone is familier, it would be great!

That label looks more like an after-market one which has been stuck over a component, rather than an original identifier (which would normally be printed directly on the component). Is there any printing beneath the label?

The component was found in a custom made RF board. No more detail there are.

Currently I found a partial datasheet (uploaded) at www.datasheetlib.com

The datasheet do not have more detail so please review once and answer me please:
1) It has Max Power Dissipation of 270 Watts, does this mean its real RF output power should be around 100W? (approx.)
2) Its maximum transient frequency is 160MHz then it only can perform around amateur band (30MHz max?), not around FM band (100MHz), isn't it?

Hello,

It is likely a dual NPN rf transistor.
It looks close to this one, except this one has a higher frequency range:

They could have been used in an arrangement like the amplifier on this page:

In the schematic there are two separate transistors used, but yours is having two transistors in one housing.
