does anybody know the specs/data of this diode T2D37 (7 is underlined)?
It's part of a powersupply-board for a phillips 55pfs8159/12.
Any idea, where I can purchase it?

The 37 is just lot code.
I think the color (red) is important and is the voltage rating.

Yes, I found this link to chinaglobalmail, too. But I wondered if I could get information about the specification/technical data, so I could try to find a replacement for it.
In addition the costs of round about 40$ to ship to Germany are high.

Have you tried a datasheet search for the power card .? that may lead to an alternative diode.

I found out that this Diode is a ST02D-170 from Shindegen, so I ordered one at mouser electronics.
