Done it before, as done the non-disclosure agreement, but cannot remember the document that states that a short term employee hired for a specific task/project does not own any part of a developed design, hardware or software worked on.
Trying to find it on the web and its name escapes me. Light, please.

I have done those documents but I always include, now, a statement that until I am paid the agreed on amount, I own the work and all rights associated with it. I have also used the form of a "technical services contract", which is able to include additional requirements and agreement terms. The benefit oof using that is that calling it a contract gives it some better legal status.
