Maybe it`s more about the first picture and that stuff over the diodes from Bridge rectifier.
Is that something from the manifacturer or ?

That is a very interesting thread @Alec_t I do see the similarities. In the present case, the crud seems to be localized around a large open space on the board suggesting, or at least consistent with, a reaction with an airborne contaminant or at least an atmospheric element or even a spill. Maybe just RH maybe something else.

I'm not a real alarmist, but I would be conservative and take some handling precautions. Also, I don't think I could do any better than some of the suggestions in the thread that you linked.

 

i fixed the device by replacing one 47uf/25v with new one. The old was maybe the half capacity as it should be

Any idea what the crud was? Did a capacitor leak?
