DMM Accuracy question?

Hi,
I am having a little bit of confusion understanding the accuracy listed by the manufacture. For example at 20V they list the Accuracy as + or -(0.75% + 10d). I am not sure what this 10d represents?

So for example
20V+.75% = 20.15
20V-.75% = 19.85

Now how do you factor in the 10d?
would it be something like
20.15 + 10d = 20.25
19.85 + 10d = 19.75

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What brand is the meter?

Usually, the accuracy is stated, with the "plus last digit", meaning if you have a 3 digit meter, the first two digits are almost always correct.

I've never seen the 10d though, 10 digits?
