i've understood that i need a motor a ESC and some battaries... my question is wht measuremants??? how much wh for the motor... ect...

I suggest you first do some googling to see what other people are using for their DIY skateboards. Choice of motor etc will depend on, amongst other things, your weight, the maximum speed you need, the type of terrain the board will be on, your budget, .........
