DIY 99999 count voltmeter from pma D280-1 Digital Processor Indicator

Hello, any thoughts if this thread title is plausible with basic explanation would be required as I am not familiar with these units?
It is capable of displaying 99999 counts...(please don`t mind the price)

I do have parts coming for really cheap 10 usd 33000 counts voltmeter, but that is sometimes not enough for what i plan to measure...

:)Just to answer my own question as I see now...
It is possible and not so complicated, on the picture it measures 180,75 milivolts which is is what I use to show resistance of 1.8(+-1%) ohm resistor through second also simple device, 5 is hundreds of microohms or tens of micro volts...20210301_200128.jpg
