Discussing transformerless power supplies

Can we not at least discuss the possibility of a safe supply for example a smart supply with an isolated monitoring/control system and serial redundancies in the circuit?
With the goal of making them safer than other things that we use such as lithium batteries, mass transport etc.

Thanks for your replies. I will go to other sites that were suggested to post. As far as testing/experimenting, my circuit will work but that doesn't address the issue of how safe it would be in general.

It isn't safe. For openers, connecting a computer via PK3 or other debugger could present serious hazards if it didn't smoke the computer outright.

There are doubtless many places which will entertain such supply configurations. AAC isn't one of them.
