Diode identification questions

Greetings,
I am attempting to troubleshoot a circuit that has a potentially bad diode. I pulled the diode from the circuit to read the numbers '212D5' on the side and have had no luck in id'ing the device to get its specs to find a possible replacement. The package is a familiar black axial lead with a silver band and has what appeared to be a Rohm logo but nothing on the Rohm site has any reference to this number. On the circuit, the silkscreen marked it as ZN1 so, I feel it may be same to assume that it's a zener. If anyone has any information on this diode, it would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, now I can see the specs being derived from the part number and the part I have is in fact a DO-41 package. I'm not certain to why I couldn't locate this in the search online or even in Alibaba, previously. :/ The spec leads to many other diode to cross reference to. A massive THANK YOU! It is greatly appreciated! :)
