Hello guys. I have a project to do and dont know where to start.

I want to do a Digital Clock using a crystal oscillator of 25,175 Mhz. Someone can help me with some diagram or programming
i'm using Quartus 2 9.0 and a programmable board from Altera with a crystal oscillator built in.

KIT UP1 ALTERA

How can i connect this board to a educational kit called Exsto XD201 (brazilian company)

Someone can send me a circuit schematic? I'm lost here....
I can only use ttl 74 family.

p.s.: i shouldn't use NE 555

Are you trying to use the Exsto to display the clock output ?

If so the Exsto must have an example of using counters or timers connected to
7 segment LED displays......?

I am assuming since you have the Altera board and are using Quartus that
you know how to use config counters inside CPLD and output them to pins ?

Regards, Dana.

I'll buy some 7 segment LED displays . I'll only use the protoboard and cristal oscillator that its built in Exsto.

And yes, i know how to config the CPLD and put to pins. But thats all, i only learn the basic stuff.
