Okay, so I think I figured it out....confirmation still would be great.....so far for the first two bits I got

A2 0 1
B1 1 1
B2 0 1
Cin 0 0
E1 0 0
E2 1 1
Co 0 1

***with the zeros and ones being digital representation of waveform....

We are mind readers. While we can take a pretty good guess which bits are the lsb and which are the msb, engineering is not about guessing. The question is drawing on context you are not providing to us, namely the specific interface of the 2-bit adder in your book.
