keeping in mind the LM324 has not the rail to rail output - it likely goes up to (Vcc-1.4V) ... ((Vcc-1.25V)) and down to Vee+600mV
. . . the linearity and stability near those limits may pose a problem -- e.g. -- you need to have adequate ±Supply margin for your output amplitude and frequency
, also -- it's an PNP input stage so it likely won't get along too well with input( voltage)s near the Vcc
unless it's LMV324 (versus LM324)

Thank you for your answers.I think i found the solution and i'm trying on lm324
differential, i not need precision only convert my real input +52v to +46v to
+5v to 0v.I need not read on analogue voltmeter 0 -50v i need full scale on
0 - 5v and that way being able to read on the move aboard my DIY ebike prior
to cut off from BMS.

BTW,will there be an example circuit that simply change the slope
of the output curve of an opamp not inverter?
