I need to find A_v but I don't know its small signal equivalent, can I please have some help? I have no problem with BJT but MOSFETS always get me confuse when it comes to small signal.

Yeah, but I have also mosfet as active load...
I don't know how to draw the small signal model for that.

Are you supposed to examine this circuit as an amplifier, or as a switching circuit?
