Good morning everyone! This is my first post and I hope I'm in the right section.
In my beer system I'm using a rex c-100 for heating control but I've encountered a problem:
when I set the temperature to be reached in SV, I have a reading in PV, if when it reaches it I raise the SV again, in PV the temperature changes with a higher value of a couple of degrees.
How come? which parameters are set wrong?

SV is your target setting, the temperature you wish to attain.
PV is the actual temperature reading.

Give us the example values you are setting and seeing.
What are your settings?
P = proportional
I = integral
D = derivative

Have you enabled AutoTuning?

the values of p, i and d are the factory ones, I haven't changed them. I didn't do autotuning because I always work at different temperatures
