difference gcc-arm-none-eabi and arm-none-eabi-gcc

One is a commercial product that is expected to generate a revenue stream. The other is open source and basically free.
I suspect that the reason for mentioning gcc is that the formats of the file just might be compatible, but that is a guess. It cannot be the case that the commercial product contains any gcc source code since that would violate the GPL (Gnu Public license)

What exactly do you think that means? Take a couple of guys from a country where they might have 7 or 8 names. If two of them have the name "Luis" in common does that mean they are brothers? or cousins? or is it just random chance?
