I am am using stm32f103 and i was using Keil. but i want to use gcc compiler. I am confused between these two toolchain.

One is a commercial product that is expected to generate a revenue stream. The other is open source and basically free.
I suspect that the reason for mentioning gcc is that the formats of the file just might be compatible, but that is a guess. It cannot be the case that the commercial product contains any gcc source code since that would violate the GPL (Gnu Public license)

but both toolchain having gcc in their name.
What exactly do you think that means? Take a couple of guys from a country where they might have 7 or 8 names. If two of them have the name "Luis" in common does that mean they are brothers? or cousins? or is it just random chance?
