Difference Between DS18S20 and DS18B20

Can a DS18B20 be and alternative for DS18S20 because i could only find DS18B20 in local market. It is arduino based temperature sensor module.
Datasheet for both is attached.

Hello,

Reading the datasheets the DS18S20 has a pure 9 Bits ADC and the DS18B20 has a configurable ADC of 9 to 12 Bits.
The conversion time will be longer when you use a higher resolution with the DS18B20.
