I just want to double check my answer. I remember doing this same question a few months but I remember taking more time than I did in this 2nd attempt. So I probably something wrong in the work below.

 

If Q is LO, then you are making J and K both LO. What is the next value of Q in that case?

 

Also, your T FF has a control signal T, right? Where is T in your circuit drawing?

So I did this again and I ended up with:
J = T and K = (T)'. Is this correct? I think I ended up using the excitation table incorrectly.

 

So...
if T=0, then you will have J=0 and K=1. Will that give you what you want?
if T=1, then you will have J=1 and K=0. Will that give you what you want?
