The question should have been
Given ideal opamps and resistors, vo = 15 V, when vi < 3 V and vi > 4 V; vo = 0, for all other values of the input.

You mean the output has to be 15 volts when the input is between 3 and 4 volts,
and the output has to be 0 volts for all other inputs?

Hint:
Window comparators are usually made using two comparators, and a comparator can be made with an op amp but it may have to be fast enough to fit the application.

If you can show some work that would be best .
