Given an ideal opamp and resistors, vo = 15 V, when vi < 3 V and vi > 4 V; vo = 0, for all other values of the input. Can someone help me?

Show us your attempt and then we can help. It is not very difficult, especially with the internet at your fingertips.

Give you 1 clue.
The question should have been
Given ideal opamps and resistors, vo = 15 V, when vi < 3 V and vi > 4 V; vo = 0, for all other values of the input.

You mean the output has to be 15 volts when the input is between 3 and 4 volts,
and the output has to be 0 volts for all other inputs?

Hint:
Window comparators are usually made using two comparators, and a comparator can be made with an op amp but it may have to be fast enough to fit the application.

If you can show some work that would be best .
