Hello , need a help please
How to design an adder-subtractor circuit, which perform the addition or subtraction of two BCD
numbers, and display the final results which range from (-9 to 15) on a two seven segment. The result should include the sign which can be represented with an additional LED. The user can select the operation using the selection switch
