Guys i have a problem, this is my problem :
1. how decoder 2 to 4 line work???
2. how decoder 4 to 10 line work???
3. how thumbwheel switch encoder a ganged 10 position BCD coded switch work???
Friends please help me, i need this information as soon as possible. Thx

Its 2 input and producing 4 outputs If you checkout sn74139 ic it will have a truth table to help you out. The 4 to 10 decoder is a sn7442 ic check out this will help . for example if the count is 0 0 1 0 will equal count 2
