sure... beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Here is how the majority of people think now though - I broke my laptop screen. I had it fixed. It cost me about the same as a new (cheaper) computer. My classmates were all telling me to buy a new one. Throw away garbage producing mentality. New phone every year, checking facebook status while in class, disrespecting privacy of others.

I don't care much about generalizing, just looking around me and seeing what I see, not looking pretty. There are never good old days either as look at what peace loving hippies left us with (apologies to all the true hippies out there). The problem is no one will claim responsibility.

As far as education is concerned, the latest fad in US is sending kids who were born in winter to school a year later. Apparently they are at a disadvantage otherwise.

Well neither present facts. Merely opinions presented as facts.

Sources should preferably be unbiased again. A website named dumbest generation is unlikely to provide unbiased fact.

I would like to draw my own conclusions from facts, rather than read someone else's opinion.

 

Since were talking about something that hasn't occured we can only go on the facts we have in like test scores and such. For actual proof you will need to wait. Your generation may end up being the greatest that ever lived and dumbest. Its not like its mutually exclusive. When your generation comes to power then you'll see how they stack up. You may end up curing cancer, discovering life on other planet, predicting tornado's, and contacting god. Who knows. All I'm saying is as of now I recognize a decline in each generation sine the boomers. And don't worry I'm sure your kids generation may be even dumber.
