I want to switch 240 V, 10 A DC with a resistance load.
In your opinion, which device can do it?
I could not find DC SSR with this rate,
I used MOSFET to do it but MOSFETs burned.

Can you post the schematic for your previous design? Maybe it can be fixed.

Then you either used the wrong MOSFET, the wrong circuit, or did not have sufficient heat sink capability.
