Dc and Ac load lines for CE circuit



I have problem in BJT Common-Emitter Amplifier
in green = AC
in red = DC
line DC the

1) Vcut-off =Vceq + Icq *(Rc || Rl)

or

2) Vcut-off =Vcc - Vee

what I use in Dc line first or second ?

For DC Vcc is a cut-off point.
