Hello everyone, good day to you. I am working in an air conditioner manufacturing industries in Bangladesh. Sometimes from customer we are facing circuit problem which needs to be replaced. I can read write 8~32 pin MCU easily using RT809H programmer. But now we are in advance technology for INVERTER controlled IC which are 44 pins, 64 pins and 100 pins. I need to read and write the flash memory of these MCU. Is there any way I can do this?

Welcome to AAC.

Look up 3M Textool burn-in sockets. They are for bare chips. Here is one source: https://www.digikey.com/en/product-...kets from, product range and options available.

There are imitators on eBay and elsewhere.

However, if the chip is in circuit, there are usually programming connections/pads provided for it. For the pads, "pogo" pins are often used, but there are other ways to connect to them..

Is it possible that MCU is locked by the manufacturer? and I can not read write....
