I live in Pakistan we have electricity terrific system that if we go above 200 unites which is 200 KW we will be charged 3 times,

So we have got 4 electric connections,

I have divided my whole load into 4 section lile 1 for AC, 1 for water pump etc

Now I have to rotate loads with connection so that each connection gets same load. For example, for first week I will use AC on connection 1 as it consumes more units now on 2nd week i will put it on 2nd connection and some other load will be on first connection same for all other connection its a clockwise rotation

Now I want to build a smart circuit that can take 4 electric connections as input and can give 4 as output and can also rotate the loads on connection like twice a week or something like that?

Unfortunately, I don't know much, but I am a DIY guy and know very basics about PCB and stuff like that so no design idea that's why shared my thoughts here that whether it's possible or not at home level and if possible and videos, guides etc. that can be helpful.
