Why does led tubes flicker ?

Some LED modules use a half wave rectifier drive, which if not well smoothed can cause a 25Hz flicker, which humans can 'see'.
Has the flicker always been there or has it started recently.?

This happens with a cheap LED power supply circuit. This scheme gives a pulsating current of LEDs. Flicker can have the frequency of the input voltage, and twice as high.

With much efford i opened the driver end. One cap was swolen. Repaced it and it was fine. Also think it is inferior components.

 

Did you mean to say that one capacitor was swollen? Then replace it.
