You can use either one of the black speaker terminals at the back as your reference GND.
Okay I have identified approximately 14 test points listed on p 114 with +30V / -30V / +15 / -15V / +3.3V here are the results.
C6 +30V-CTRL ( Measured @ Q39 to U14 pin 7 Reading 26.84 V ) C4/5 +15 - CTRL ( Measured @ C186 and U14 GND PIN 7 reading + 13.92 ) D3 +15V - CTRL ( Measured @ C64 / Q29 and U18 pin 4 COM reading 13.90 V ) C4 +15 -CTRL ( Measured @ C188 and U18 pin 4 COM reading 13.91 V ) D3 +15 and - 15 ( Measured @ U17 pin 8 and GND behind C197 reading +14.93 V and U17 pin 4 and GND behind C198 reading -15.06 V ) C2 +30V ( Measured @ R97 to R43 GND Reading +27 V ) C3 +30V and +30V ( Measured at D47 to GND at black terminal reading +26.15 V and R332 to GND at black terminal reading+26.11 V ) B3 -30V and -30V ( Measured at R326 to GND at black terminal reading -26.38 V and R330 to GND at black terminal reading -26.22 V ) B1 +30V and -30V ( Measured at C215 to provisional GND spot reading +26.24 and C216 to provisional GND spot reading -26.73 V ) B3 +3.3VD ( Measured at R336 to GND at black terminal reading +3.28 V.
I have been testing the Amps fan with Band Manager (software) , it has three settings Normal ,Early , Full Speed .
Full Speed works flawlessly turned on from the software. After the Amp is on for some time and left on the Early setting, while it is temperature dependent, instead of coming right on it rocks.Below is a link

Good morning would you say voltages are off ?
You can use either one of the black speaker terminals at the back as your reference GND.
Do you think replacement of Caps Centered around the areas not metering the manual specific voltages is good idea ? I still wondering what part or parts actually failed before and now start powering up back properly without actual intervention with new part / parts, I'll soon be doing the speaker test I'm trying to be extremely cautious at this point.

Your test results are difficult to decipher. You need to make chart coordinates different from component identifiers. Put coordinates in square braces [ ] and expected voltage in ( ), measured voltage at the end without brackets.

List each measurement on a new line, for example:

Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [C3] D47 (+30V) +26.15 V

Stick with basics for now. We just need to confirm that you have the correct voltages:
+V1
-V1
+45V
+30V
-30V
+15V
-15V
+3.3V
+2.5VD_CORE

Do not connect speakers yet. You still have some low voltage readings. We need to correct that first.
It would appear that the low voltage supply is not quite right.

Thanks for the guidance you are offering. This is the correction .
Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [C6] Q39 (+30V) +26.84 V

Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [C5] C186 (+15V _ CTRL) +13.92 V

Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [D3] C64 (+15V_CTRL) +13.90 V

Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [C4] C188 (+15V_CTRL) +13.91 V

Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [C3] C197 (+15V) +14.93 V

Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [C3] C198 (-15V) -15.06 V

Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [C2] R97 (+30V) +27 V

Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [C3] D47 (+30V) +26.15 V

Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [C3] R332 (+30V) +26.11 V

Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [B2] R326 (-30V) -26.38 V

Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [B1] R330 (-30V) -26.22 V

Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [B1] C215 (+30V) +26.24 V

Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [B1] C216 (-30V) +26.73 V

Page 114/167 SHEET 6 of 7 [B3] R336 (+3.3VD) +3.28 V

So I started measuring and logging with the new example on Wednesday
Page 111/167 SHEET 3 of 7 [B8] R12 (-V1) measured OL
Page 111/167 SHEET 3 of 7 [B8] RT3 (+V1) measured OL
It so happened on confirming this measurement +V1 I shorted out RT3 the thermal resistor ( part number from service manual
page 106/167 SHEET 29 of 30 PRP, 101103-1 PTC 0.155 ( actual part number TKS P1 6R2 )
I have already reached out to Full Compass to see if they can get a replacement from Crown, is there a known substitute equal to or better that is easier to access on online ?

Good morning guys so while the Amp is in this new state, what are the best checks and balances I should be doing till I'm able to acquire an RT3 (TKS P1 6R2) seeing that some other parts could be damaged ?

A pleasant good afternoon , and a happy and prosperous new year to all in our AAC forum. Is their anyone here knowledgeable of
Crowns Xti2 2002 Series Amplifiers.
So I bought this Amp back in 2016 ( Full Compass ) it worked flawlessly untill 2024 where it went into protection mode an shut down. I tried sourcing a service manual because it is out of warranty and I am in jamaica so it would cost me too much to send
it back to the USA for repairs.
Any suggestion why it went into protection mode ?
Please send photos for diagnose help
