Cross coupled LC oscillator

Hi Guys.

Need to design a cross coupled LC oscillator. Can anyone help me with the schematic design and LT spice simulation? Specifics of the oscillator are down below.

Design a cross coupled oscillator in TSMC 180nm technology that works in GSM 1850MHz band.

The design must be implemented in 180nm technology in LTSPICE only.

The design specs are as follows;
  • The power consumption must be less than 10mW.
  • The output swing (peak to peak voltage) must be at least 1 Volt.
  • The oscillation must be stable (doesnt die down over time)
show your calculations to achive Barkhausan's critarias of oscillation. Your design steps must be clear and coincise.

The 1.85 GHz is set aside for personal broadband. The trunked radio grew there after smaller, Ericsson Nokia and others are what comes to mind
as a first guess at which semiconductor was studied for these properties.

Here is a basic schematic of a cross coupled LC Oscillator. Homework is to make this topology in Ltspice, the criteria <=10mW, 1.85GHz,
1Vpp, export these analysis to cvs file. see p.15 and 27 VLSI98s-ali.pdf

note that the data fig 2 is close to curve fit.
Show graph relationship of current top and bottom, include a Balkhausen sweep. The purpose of collecting this data is for a VSLI
