I am sorry for my bad english. I was just trying to bypass the volume control but not sure which wires should I join. I will post pictures of wires.

This was the remote control but it got broken and I cut out the wires.

This is the wire that comes from the sound system. It has 5 cables. Red, yellow, white, blue and grounding cable.

This is the 3.5mm jack cable I have.

When I wire red to red, white to white, and ground to ground, no sound comes from the system. But when I wire the yellow cable to either the red or white cable, sound comes, but it only comes from one speaker. It changes depending on which cable I wire it to. If I wire it to the white cable, only the right speaker works; if I wire it to the red cable, only the left speaker works. When I wire the yellow cable to both the red and white cables, sound comes from both speakers, but the volume is too low and the sound quality is poor. When I wire the blue cable to any of the cables, no sound comes. Interestingly, when I cut the connection of the yellow wire, sound comes from both speakers, loud and clear, for just 1 second, but after that, no sound comes.

I suppose that you have already disposed of the broken control without ever considering that you may need to investigate the connections.
How is a two conductor plus shield cable supposed to replace a four conductor plus shield cable???
Is there another volume control on the system?? Consider that the functions of that remote also include on/off, and also power for that green LED

There is a bass control button attached to the speaker. I took a look at it, original cable also had 2 cables+shield cable. This little machine was connecting this 4 cables to 2 cables via little motherboard like thing. PCB O guess that is what they call it. So can I replace that thing in any way or can I bypass it and connect cables manually?

Usually a cable is defined as an assembly of individual wires. so you are confusing me with terms. But clearly the control package that includes both a power switch and an indicator light is not a simple arrangement.
