or you will need to have a Multi-Meter for checking tracks then you can tell me using diagram for which connection/track is missing, that's by i am giving you only fresh pcb images .

I appreciate your efforts for uploading pics of hardware. I have same model M4500, 4.1 Speakers, but issue is my speakers was giving problem and i gave to local shop for repairing. The repair person replaced my bass potentiometer with different value. I asked for original value, he is not answerable. If you upload pic of front panel with visibility of bass potentiometer, i will be very thankful to you. Else you can also share original potentiometer value. I am hunting this knob value from several months.

 

I have the Creative Inspire 5.1 3100. The volume control I got is the same as the M4500 described here. Recently, while rearranging my setup. the plug of the volume control broke.
Thank you Dubey Ji for the pinout of the plug. Using this, I was able to solder the wires to the remnant of the plug and get the set working again.
As a contribution from my side, attaching the circuit diagram, I derived from the PCB. I have also attached my pictures of the PCB in this document and Dubeyjis pinout diagram. Hope it helps others who have the same problem as me.
