Given that nobody seems to have any circuit diagram, and given that the circuit board has had traces damaged and lost, tracing out the circuit is not likely to happen. If the circuit is not available then it is not possible for any of us to even start to provide information about what to connect where.Removing parts and wires is not the way to begin any repair project unless the circuit connection information is in your hands already. So my suggestion is to search for the circuit diagram and find it. At that point examining the circuit information will allow some suggestions that have a chance of working.

Volume Controller Pinout.jpg Volume Controller Front .jpg Volume Controller Back .jpg 1. Remove Your Original Connector Wire and Replace With Jumper Wire
2. Manually Connect Three Wire into volume controller

If you still need wiring diagram then i will make it for you

To get any information I would need to do an on-line search and sift through the 3000 responses that want to sell me one of these. Then when I find a circuit I would need to download it and save it. Then I would need to relate the circuit diagram to the parts on the circuit board. Last, I would need to add new connections to replacement controls. All of that because somebody with no soldering skill decided that the first part of a repair is to rip the suspected part off of the circuit board before thinking.
So the request is asking for about 15 hours of skilled engineering time to fix a very damaged circuit board.

A far wiser choice would have been to post a photo of the board before damaging it and ask for help fixing it. Perhaps some folks can learn from this explanation.

Hi i have same problem, i think my volume controller is faulty. I have a clear pic of the circuit which i an posting alongwith, plz help how to bypass it. The pic is posted in next thread.

The photo in post#39 is certainly very clear and makes the connection points obvious. ANYBODY with the skill to unsolder that without destroying the circuit board should be able to know which terminals are for the volume control.
