I recall learning how to create some relatively simple macros that at least could result annoying if not dangerous.
A .docx can't have macros. If you try to rename a .docm, which can have macros, to .docx, Word won't load it. At least that's the behavior with Excel files.

anyone have any ideas on how i can solve this? i have tried using timing of the outputs but this was unsuccessful
Did you change anything in your latest schematic; aside from adding the second display?

Your style is very messy and that makes it more tedious to follow the flow of the logic...

I havent as of yet as it has been based on trial and error. apologies for the drawing style i will improve this for the future

Solving problems in electronics by trial and error beyond one or two simple variables (like resistor values) can result in a very long debug session and a less-than-optimum solution.

I tell you from experience.
