"T" closed @32.70. I bought a little bit lower, but made a mistake and entered "market." I have been out for a long time and made a mistake. Always, set your price (IMHO). But, be aware that $0.01 can make a huge difference for the automated millisecond traders.

I don't particularly subscribe to the "long-term" philosophy pandered by the big houses. However, there are solid stocks that pay 4% to 5%, which is a lot better than CD's, and particularly if you are playing with a Roth IRA.

Looks like a good time to look for some bargain stocks. Fortunately, I'm in a better financial situation than the last couple of recessions.
Too bad Georgia-Pacific (major TP manufacturer) is not an independent, public company. It is owned by the Koch brothers. It would have been a good place to put the $2,000 coming from the gov'ment. BTW, I'm buying in at -40%.

Yes, just like they've been doing for a hundred years. How many documented case of disease spread by Postman or Dominoes are there? I would think that food deliver that actually contacts people at close range would be much more likely to spread pathogens.
It lives at least 24hrs on Cardboard, so I would think paper products would be the same.

China builds a new hospital in a month. The U.S. gives everybody money to keep paying their credit card debt and bails out the cruise ship industry. I guess cruise ships are now a vital national interest. See you on the flip side.

On an somewhat related topic, there was a moderately severe earthquake in Salt Lake City this morning. In addition to the corona virus, if the Big One hits L.A. or S.F., that'll really put a cherry on top of the DoDo Hot fudge sundey.

Bottled water seems to be scarce around here too. Shop Rite was out the other day and when i called 36 hours later they said the truck was late and didnt know when it would come in.

I'll call later today just to make sure they have some gravity left or are we going to lose that too :)

Here in San Francisco, we've been having car breakins for years and thieves have been stealing computers and GPS navigators. Lately, however, they're been just stealing toilet paper and leaving the electronics behind.
