Most jurisdictions differentiate “murder” as both intentional and not an “act of passion“. A negligent manslaughter is not a murder.

I do not believe Fauci had any intent to kill anyone. He used taxpayer money to illegally fund gain-of-function research in a location where he believed he was unlikely to get caught. Things went tits up and he was very intentional about trying to cover it all up. He was also intentional about being in the limelight and dabbling in policy far outside his area of expertise. An immunologist should have little input into the decision to close schools, for example.

People today, increasingly, pick their truth and then embrace it with a vengeance, no matter facts, no matter rationality, just push one's favorite narrative, its like a sports game, all about "supporting" one's team, morals, ethics, truth, lies are all inconveniences.

Fauci's diaries say many things, its odd how none of that caught your attention.

Question for you: who won the 2020 election? this is no harder than "is the earth flat" or "is the moon made of cheese" yet in modern America its somehow become a complicated question, hugely controversial, a modern version of the absurd Holocaust denial, condemning Fauci is akin to condemning Galileo, God help us.

Of course is was the amplifier of a natural virus in animals kept in inhumane conditions. The origin source was nature, not some wild crazy conspiracy. Nobody believes the origin source was the market.
