copper pour with VCC Net in top layer

Hello,

i have design one 4 layer PCB in which by mistake i have fill copper pour in top layer with VCC net.
Is it create any problem in PCB like shorting or any another problem?
Please reply as soon as possible.

There is, as you suggest more of a chance of something getting shorted. Maybe more importantly, you are likely to want to have access to the ground plane while testing and troubleshooting at certain locations, particularly where high frequencies, high currents, or low noise are involved.

Thank u sir for your prompt reply. In this PCB i am facing the issue that my controller get more current. Controller Current consumption is like almost 400mA and as per datasheet controller's consumption is 50mA.
Is this problem is due to copper pour?

Not likely because copper is on the top plane, more likely, something is connected wrong or that you have something loading the output of the controller that you did not take into account. What kind of controller?
