I'm working on a garage door opener that uses a COP411L-NKR/N chip. I have a COP411L-JGB/N and wondering if it will work

I have no idea what the suffixes mean -- and whether they are compatible -- but how are you going to get the code into it? IIRC, these are factory masked parts.

Well, I didn't know that. I do have three boards and 3 original chips so might have to
just use what I have if the new ones need programming.
