I need to use relays and/or timers to build a control box for two product conveyors merging into one. There are pneumatic stops on each lane that will help in the switching. Help!?

You need to provide far more information than that

Why timers? Why not use sensors instead?
What do you wish to accomplish? Separate products into types? Join products from two different production schedules?

Try to use as much detail as possible in your explanation.

It's all gona depend on whether you drive on the left side or the right side.

Seriously.......you need to explain a lot more details. We are not mind readers.

You most likely could do it with a Smart Relay, it has timers and counters. Plus I/O etc.
If not large enough then a small PLC.
This is typically how it is done now in Industrial control.
Max.

I originally planned on a smart relay, but then I was informed the machine has to run tomorrow, and getting one here today is impossible. I did figure out how to do it with relays and a timer though. Thanks for your willingness to help.
