Hi All,

I have bought an electric motor that is natively for 380V.

Can someone explain me if this can somehow reconfigured to work with 220V ?

Your motor is wired in Delta, so you need to remove the three links and connect them Horizontally joining the three top wires together in Star,, then your Three Phases connect to the remaining wires.

To reverse direction swap any two phases.

Okay, I'm confused.
I though the phase-to-phase Star connection voltage was higher than the Delta.

The motor is currently wired Delta, 220V. You do know that motor requires 3 phase, right?
