R11 = 10K
Two 4.7K and one 100 ohm in series or just two 4.7K is probably close enough.R1 and R3 form a voltage divider to get 1.25 volts at + input of U1.
Any combination values of R1 and R3 to get 1.25 volts will work.
However in my case I needed to reduce the 1.25 volts to 1.20 volts because of an offset voltage on the chip, YMMV.

The LMV324 should be a direct substitute.

Any combination values of R1 and R3 to get 1.25 volts will work.

10.2k and 3.40k is the only 1% resistor combination that gives an exact attenuation of 0.25 for 1.25V (ignoring resistor tolerance).
