Looks like a S-vhs or mini din plug, what are you wanting to do?

 

The "S" video connector only has 4 pins, 2 of them signal and the other 2 for the shields.
This size "mini-din" connector is quite common with quite a number of different pin arrangements. I have seen that sort of connection on sound accessory systems, camcorders, assorted surround-sound systems, Ham radio equipment, and even some computer systems.
In order to be able to provide any useful response we will need to know what sort of equipment it is intended to work with and what the connections are at the mating connection.
What has been shown is the wired connections of a jumper plug. Probably quite useful for the equipment it is intended to work with, of marginal value elsewhere.
