Sorry if this post is a little basic, but I'm really struggling with a task my MD has given me at work.

I work for a company that produces medical test strips and we have a new project starting soon. I've been asked to try to source a connector, but despite spending several hours looking around on the internet I am totally stumped.

I've looked at places like RS, CPC/Farnell and AVNet, but haven't had any luck.

The connector is surface mount and has 4 pins, with a 1.27mm pitch. The slot itself is 6.3mm wide. I've attached some pictures to show you in more detail.

Does anyone know what this specific type of connector is please? Or even better where I may be able to source some?

Looks like a connector for FFC - flat flex cable.
