I read some info on .net,it was a very long history. It talked
delays, security. Is .net U.S. only,I have always felt safe
clicking on.net because of non-profits,Universities.Can you tell me
about your site before I click on it. To have a .net site I guest
you do something important. I am trying to get information on.net
and I thank you for taking your time to communicate. I am not being
rude by not clicking on your site. But I am curious what there.
Thank you very much, the guys tell me I ramble to much.
THANKS -LOOSEWIRE

If I understand your question, you are asking about the .net suffix in Web site names. Here's a link to a Wikipedia page on top-level domains: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Generic_top-level_domain

Per the page above, there is no longer any inherent safety in .net domains:
"The .net domain was added with the first implementation of these domain. The .com, .net, and .org TLDs, despite their original different uses, are now in practice open for use by anybody for any purpose." (Emphasis added)
