I have a lots of computer server with custom case, and that's generate very much heat, my room temperature is about 36 to 39 degree celcius, do you think use smaller blade fan with more speeds is better than use bigger blade fan but with less speeds ?, let's say it's better to use 250 pcs 8cm x 8cm case fan with 1800 RPM or 125 pcs 12cm x 12cm case fan with 1300 RPM ?, it's custom case it's similar to 2u standard server rack case, it's fan is in pull push configuration, like in picture but have full row of fan in front and back side
