comparing op-amp

erm guys i need some help about the comparing the inverting , non inverting op-amp and BJT ,what is those disadvantage and advantage . thx for save my life ><"

here's a very simple explanation, as the term implies "non-inverting" when the signal in is positive the output is positive. as the term implies "inverting" when the signal is positive the out put is negative.

as to transistor when you introduce your signal at the base and you get your output from the collector the signal output is reverse or inverted. if you get it from the emitter the signal is not inverted. that's what we call voltage follower when the output is taken from the emitter side.

i don't see any advantage or disadvantage to the inverting or non-inverting. their usefulness will depend on your application. :p
