I tried to make a comment from my iPad but when I clicked on the text box, the keyboard does not enable to allow me to enter text. There seems to be a bug.

I saw your comment concerning the copyright/patent difference, so it did get entered at some point. I think that the article was appropriately revised. Your comment was then probably removed because it would have, at that point, been confusing. Again, I don't know for sure, but I also remember it as a BIOS copyright problem and I'm glad that it got corrected. Not sure there is a bug in the comments text box.
